Meditation Monday

I'm thinking: about what to eat next....It seems like that is all I do these days.
I'm reading: a pregnancy cookbook/meal planner.
I'm listening to: Dora the Explorer.
Delia's learning: even though we haven't done "school time" in a long time.
I'm watching: nothing.
I'm cooking: my mom's birthday dinner...well my sister, brother-in-law and sister-in-law and I are.
I'm buying: nothing because small towns don't really allow for much shopping.
I'm wearing: the only comfortable non-maternity jeans I have, a blue tanktop and gray long sleeved shirt and of course white socks.
I'm thankful for: my mom.........Happy Birthday Mom!
I'm creating: nothing really.....besides a baby.
I'm praying: for our little ones since they all seem to have colds...sharing is caring...right?
I'm planning: to bake a birthday cake in a little bit.
I'm looking forward to: dinner.....:)

I'm thinking: that seeing and hearing my little baby's heart beating today was the best!

I'm reading: nothing.....

I'm listening to: silence because both girls are napping!!

Delia's learning: to read and actually we haven't done school time in about 3 weeks :o but she is still picking stuff up...smart girl just like her daddy.

I'm watching: Lost...of course

I'm cooking: spaghetti with meatballs, garlic toast and vegetables

I'm buying: a few more Christmas presents

I'm wearing: comfy white pants, blue socks and a light pink shirt....it has occured to me that on most Mondays I do not match....hehe

I'm thankful for: my best friend Elyse and her husband Marcus....I haven't seen either of them in over a year and they are coming over tonight before they move away....again.....

I'm creating: well what I was creating got put on hold...because I'm too busy.

I'm praying: that this little baby will continue to grow and be healthy.

I'm planning: to clean my house before my friends arrive....haha fat chance of that!

I'm looking forward to: Christmas with our families....and Jake not working for the next week and half.

I'm watching: Season 4 of Lost!

I'm cooking: nothing because I'm too nauseous but at the same time I want to eat really good food.

I'm buying: Christmas presents.

I'm wearing: a pair of Jake's black loungey-like pants (because I need to wash laundry and my pudgy belly doesn't like some of my other pants), a red long-sleved shirt with a white short-sleeved blousy-like shirt and tan socks.

I'm thankful for: my wonderful husband and how much God has blessed us these past 6 years. (Our anniversary was yesterday.)

I'm creating: a life.......well God created it....and it's growing in me.

I'm praying: for ENERGY!

I'm planning: our anniversary getaway on Friday. This will be the first time I've ever left Delia and Madie overnight. This will be the first time we've been away together for longer than a few hours. This will be the longest I've ever been away from either of my girls.....the longest being maybe 5 hours....maybe. It's so needed and I can not wait to sleep in!

I'm looking forward to: this weekend.

Delia's learning: about creation and Adam and Eve. We read Genesis 2 this morning.

I'm watching: Lost......still....we are on season 3.

I'm cooking: I'm not sure yet.

I'm buying: Christmas presents.

I'm wearing: Jeans, pink long-sleeved shirt w/ a short-sleeved black shirt over it and pink socks.

I'm thankful for: God's word.

I'm creating: Christmas cards.

I'm praying: that we will get healthy and stay healthy.

I'm planning: to get my Christmas shopping all done this weekend.

I'm looking forward to: Jake not working Friday and Saturday....(hopefully)

Oops! and Wordless Wednesday

Monday was a busy day. Which is why there was no Meditation Monday. I'm sure you were all distraught since my life is so interesting and all. Have no fear come next Monday I will be back. You might be asking yourself why Monday was so busy. Well it was busy because we all had Chiropractor appointments. Two in the morning and two in the afternoon. Plus we had just gotten back home late the night before. After the afternoon appointments we bought a Christmas tree. Came home and while the pizza was cooking got all of the Christmas decorations out. Jake set up the tree while I burned my forearm trying to get the pizza out. I've never burned myself this bad before. But I will be fine....so don't worry. Since it was pretty late by the time we finished eating and Madeline was feverish we decided to forgo the decorating and watch Lost after we put them to bed. Madeline woke up later in the evening and ended up sleeping in our bed all night.....thrashing, crying, pulling my hair, etc. She wasn't feeling too hot....well besides the fever that is.

So that was my Monday and that is why I didn't post....oh and because I sort of kinda most likely forgot......but that's sort of kinda most likely because I was so busy.



Moving on now.....

It's Wednesday. Have you heard of Wordless Wednesday? All around the blogosphere people post a single picture without any words. That's it. Just a picture. So I'm going to start doing Wordless Wednesday......starting now. But next time there will be no words.........or only a few.........but most likely none. Get it? Got it? Good....?
